Our products are typically shipped out within 24 - 72 hours of the time of order.

 

Shipping costs vary depending on the item, size, weight, delivery address, etc.

The shipping time varies depending on where the items are sourced from and where you are located.

On average items will arrive within 1-3 weeks, though they may come a bit earlier or a bit later, depending on the situation.
This estimated timing is just an approximate time of arrival, not an exact. Saying that, we do appreciate your patience!

Return Policy

As we ship products internationally from the artist or manufacturer, we treat every exchange or return as a unique situation. Saying that, your satisfaction is very important to us.

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return or exchange request within 48 hours of delivery. The unused item must be returned in its original packaging, uninstalled, in perfect condition, received within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be processed based on the original method of payment. Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable. All exchanges or returns must be approved by our Administration Team within 48 hours of delivery to be applicable for a refund. Customers are responsible for any applicable delivery fees for shipping and return shipping and packaging. Any delivery fees on the original order are not applicable for a refund. A 30% restocking fee and return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

All sale, reduced, clearance items or purchases with any special promotions are final and are not eligible for exchange or refunds. They are considered a final sale.

In the unlikely event that there is an imperfection or damage, please send us photographs of the issue and packaging before the item was opened and photos of the damage within 48 hours and we will look into replacing your products or offering a discount or other solution (at our discretion,) according to the situation.

Gift cards cannot be returned.
